Hojicha Powder for Latte is finely ground hojicha, which means you consume the whole tea leaf – unlike regular hojicha, where you discard the leaves. This results in a fuller flavor and more versatility.
With this powder, you can easily make a perfect hojicha latte or iced latte. Thanks to its low caffeine content, it is a calming alternative to coffee at any time of day. Due to its high quality, the powder can also be enjoyed pure with water.
(Complete your hojicha experience with a matcha whisk, a matcha bowl and a bamboo scoop.)
Hojicha powder is excellent for use in the kitchen. Think of cakes, pancakes, smoothies, ice cream, tiramisu, and even savory dishes. The possibilities are endless.
Tip: coconut milk gives a sweeter result.
